BE OF SERVICE…
Welcome, I am so glad you found your way here. If you are seeking a safe space to be seen, heard, and accepted then we have a reason to meet.
I work with adult men, women, and non-binary folk, living with depression, mood disorders, anxiety, trauma, (including racial trauma), grief/ loss, and life transitions. Living…period. As I partner with my clients, utilizing their strengths and experiences to heal, grow, and break unhealthy patterns so they can manifest and begin to live their best lives!
About Teah…
Teah Williams-Hampton, LCSW, has over 20 years experience in social work and social services. She holds degrees from Wilberforce University (Political Science) and the University of Louisville Kent School of Social Work. Teah has practiced in a variety of settings, including in state correctional institutions; residential treatment programs for adolescent girls; community mental health programs for those in recovery from severe mental illness; and treatment programs for people with co-occurring substance use. Teah now works in private practice serving men, women, and non binary folk experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma, life transitions, and relationship concerns.
Teah’s approach to therapy is holistic and centered in use of evidence-based and culturally relevant practices. Together Teah and her clients explore the mind, body, heart, and soul connections to help clients understand the experiences that have gotten a client to where they are, and the shifts necessary take them where they are meant to be.
